We started with a cupboard full of half-finished bottles

Core Metric Wellness began with a kitchen stocktake that turned up eleven supplement bottles, nine of them opened and abandoned. Nothing had been thrown out and nothing had been finished. The reasons were always small and always the same: the capsule was too big to swallow comfortably, the powder sat in a lump at the bottom of the glass, the fish oil repeated for an hour afterwards.

What we stock and why

We carry a short list of everyday basics instead of a wall of options, and we settle the format before we settle the ingredient. If we cannot make something people will still be wearing in week six, we leave it off the catalog.
